为什么读书,为什么做科研 Why study and why conduct research

提升学历的目的,除了扩展知识以外,在某种程度上也是为了去更好的平台,遇见更优秀的人,从而感受更大的世界,提升自己的认知。说教、听道理很难让人真正醒悟,只有经历和体验才可以。

Graduate study is not only about expanding knowledge. It also creates opportunities to join a stronger platform, meet excellent people, see a larger world, and broaden one's understanding. Advice alone rarely changes a person; experience does.

我的长远职业规划和梦想:

  1. 坚持在第一线写代码、写论文,做有意思的科研,努力成为一名优秀的科研工作者;未来有机会,希望做博士后并出国访学。
  2. 做一名合格的教师。
  3. 认真指导学生,尤其是本科生;也许你现在还没有意识到学习的重要性,但我希望你能更早开窍。
  4. 不断梳理自己掌握的知识,用简单的文字和合适的例子把它讲出来。
  1. Remain hands-on with coding and paper writing, pursue meaningful research, and grow into a strong researcher; when possible, pursue postdoctoral work and international visits.
  2. Become a responsible and qualified teacher.
  3. Mentor students seriously, especially undergraduates, and help them recognize the importance of learning as early as possible.
  4. Continually organize what I know and explain it with simple language and suitable examples.

欢迎在数学、编程等方面有良好基础,对计算机视觉、人工智能感兴趣且有自我驱动力的研究生联系;也欢迎学有余力、对科研或竞赛感兴趣的学生来实验室实习或交流。自我驱动力是一个人不断攀升最重要的条件。

Graduate students with solid foundations in mathematics or programming, an interest in computer vision and AI, and strong self-motivation are welcome. Students interested in research, competitions, internships, or academic exchange are also encouraged to contact me. Self-motivation is essential for sustained growth.

对于硕士研究生招生,我不看重出身和学历,更看重态度与努力。“种一棵树最好的时间是十年前,其次是现在。”只要愿意付出、脚踏实地去做,就永远不晚。努力要落到行动上,而不是停留在口头上。

For master's admissions, I value attitude and effort more than pedigree. “The best time to plant a tree was ten years ago; the second-best time is now.” It is never too late to begin with sincere, practical effort.

如果你报考我的研究生,我会持续带着你做科研。只要认真投入,我会尽力提供指导、交流机会与合理的劳务报酬;不会把学生当作免费劳动力,不会经常安排与科研无关的事情,更不会不尊重学生。

Students who join the group will receive continuing research guidance, opportunities for discussion, and appropriate compensation when available. Students will not be treated as free labor, routinely assigned unrelated work, or denied respect.

两类学生培养路径 Two student tracks

Undergraduate

本科生科研实习 Undergraduate research

常年欢迎对人工智能、计算机视觉感兴趣的校内本科生,也欢迎部分外校本科生参加科研实习,校外可远程指导。本科生同样可以参与科研;如果本科阶段能够完成高质量工作,将对保研、就业或申请海外硕博产生积极帮助。 Undergraduate researchers from AHNU and other universities are welcome year-round, with remote mentoring possible. Research is not reserved for graduate students; strong undergraduate work can support graduate admissions, employment, and overseas applications.

为此设计了面向本科生的“新苗成长营”,用于系统培养科研基本素养,并选拔学有余力、有志于进组实习的科研后备人才。由于时间有限,联系后会设置一段考核期;考核通过后再进入下一阶段的深度指导。 The “New Seed Growth Program” develops foundational research skills and identifies motivated students for deeper group involvement. Because mentoring time is limited, prospective students complete an initial assessment period before moving to the next stage.

招生要求: Admission requirements:

  • 数学、英语或编程至少一项基础较好 A solid foundation in at least one of mathematics, English, or programming
  • 能够每周主动沟通并持续推进任务 Proactive weekly communication and consistent task progress
  • 愿意训练文献检索与独立思考能力 Willingness to develop literature-search and independent-thinking skills
  • 认同长期主义,而非急功近利 A long-term mindset rather than short-term opportunism

成果形式包括但不限于科研论文和学科竞赛,尤其是高质量科研论文,对保研与就业都是重要加分项 Expected outcomes include research papers and competition projects. High-quality papers can be especially valuable for graduate admission and employment.

Master

硕士研究生培养 Master's research

欢迎有强烈学习意愿、坚定求学意愿并能够长期投入科研的硕士生。我不唯第一学历论英雄,更看重态度、自律、执行力与长期主义;第一学历并不决定一个人的后续发展。 Master's students with strong motivation and readiness for sustained research are welcome. Prior educational pedigree does not determine future development; attitude, discipline, execution, and a long-term mindset matter more.

希望学生在指导下系统培养优秀的调研、检索与独立研究能力。在正式确定前会安排考核期或面试,考核通过后再确定录取与研究方向。 Students are expected to develop strong literature review, information retrieval, and independent research skills. An assessment period or interview precedes final selection and topic assignment.

招生要求: Admission requirements:

  • 数学、英语、编程中至少两项基础较好 A solid foundation in at least two of mathematics, English, and programming
  • 高度自律,能够进行持续、主动的沟通 Self-discipline and regular, proactive communication
  • 认同长期主义,愿意沉下心建立研究能力 A long-term mindset and patience to build genuine research ability
  • 能够两三天主动沟通一次,并具备“反向 Push”的意识 Proactive communication every few days and willingness to “push back” constructively

希望团队形成“师兄师姐带师弟师妹”的良性传帮带结构,而不是各自为战。成果形式包括科研论文、专利等;科研论文是读博与高质量就业的重要竞争力,也非常鼓励有志者继续深造读博。 The group aims for a healthy peer-mentoring structure in which senior students help junior students. Outcomes may include papers and patents. Research publications are valuable for Ph.D. study and high-quality employment, and students interested in doctoral study will be strongly supported.

  • 一对一指导:围绕论文阅读、文献总结、编程实验、结果分析和论文写作等环节,提供有针对性的指导与反馈。 Individual mentoring: Targeted guidance and feedback on paper reading, literature review, implementation, experimental analysis, and academic writing.
  • 多方位驱动:采用问题驱动、方法驱动和任务驱动相结合的方式,定期汇报研究进度、讨论问题并开展学术交流。 Multi-dimensional training: Combine problem-, method-, and task-driven learning with regular progress reports, discussions, and academic exchange.
  • 科研能力训练:注重培养发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力,逐步形成独立思考与独立研究的习惯。 Research skills: Develop the ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems while gradually building independent-thinking and research habits.
  • 科研与实践结合:鼓励将科研论文、代码实践和学科竞赛结合起来,并提供必要的计算资源、硬件平台与团队协作支持。 Research and practice: Combine academic research, implementation, and competitions with appropriate computing resources, hardware, and team support.
  • 长期成长与劳逸结合:根据学生基础制定阶段目标,鼓励保持健康、积极的学习状态;对表现优秀、成果突出的学生给予相应鼓励,并积极推荐继续深造。 Long-term and balanced growth: Set phased goals based on individual foundations, encourage healthy study habits, and support outstanding students in pursuing further study.

我更看重态度、自律、执行力和独立思考,而不是出身。指导过程中会重视问题拆解、代码实践和论文表达,也鼓励学生保持身体健康、积极心态与团队意识。无论未来选择科研、工业界或其他道路,只要认真投入并持续成长,都会得到支持。

I value attitude, self-discipline, execution, and independent thinking more than prior pedigree. Mentoring emphasizes problem decomposition, implementation, and research communication, while also encouraging physical well-being, a constructive mindset, and team spirit. Whether students later choose academia, industry, or another path, sincere effort and continued growth will be supported.

我的指导风格 My mentoring style

  • 乐于与学生交流。
  • 不强 Push,但鼓励学生自律上进,也会对自己 Push 一把。
  • 最看重学生是否具备独立思考能力;不要求完全符合规范的回答,而是希望看到创新思路和差异化做法
  • 如果学习累了,也支持学生适当休息一会儿。
  • I am approachable and enjoy communicating with students.
  • I do not apply excessive pressure, but I encourage self-discipline and progress, and I also push myself.
  • Independent thinking matters most. I value original and differentiated ideas over formulaic answers.
  • When students are tired, I also support taking an appropriate break.

我不是业内最顶尖的学者,科研做得也还有很多需要提升的地方,但有一点自己的梦想。平时喜欢看历史、读《毛泽东选集》,也会通过抖音、小红书了解年轻人的精神世界。

I do not claim to be a top scholar and still have much to improve, but I have research ambitions of my own. I enjoy history and reading the Selected Works of Mao Zedong, and I also use current social platforms to better understand younger generations.

对学生的支持与期望 Support and expectations

无论未来选择工业界、考公、考编或其他道路,只要不虚度光阴,我都会支持。但读研前两年至少要把主要心思放在科研上。每天坚持跑三公里也很棒——身体和学习,总要有一个在路上

Whether students later choose industry, public service, education, or another path, I will support them as long as they use their time well. During the first two years of graduate study, however, research should remain the primary focus. Running three kilometers every day is also admirable—either the body or the mind should always be moving forward.

📌 不好对学生有什么建议,只有四个期望:

  1. 锻炼好身体
  2. 保持积极乐观的心态、懂感恩,看中师生情凡事不能只考虑自己,师生情是第一的,心怀感恩,才能走的越远!
  3. 要有礼貌和一定的情商素养看到老师至少要问好,要打招呼,不打招呼选择无视的学生我不会继续合作!还请理解!
  4. 学习知识,拓展思维边界!

  3. Be polite and develop sound communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Learn seriously and continue expanding the boundaries of your thinking.

我衷心希望学生走得更高、更远,接触更多优秀的人;如果学生将来比我更优秀,我会由衷地感到高兴。
